As the bust is shirred and very stretchy, please take note of the hip measurement over the bust measurement recommendation.
The hip measurement is the finished garment measurement and I recommend your hips to be 5"+ below the chart measurement for best fit.
The bust measurement is what I recommend your bust measurement being, if you're in between sizes, please measure your hips and go by that.
