When will my order be shipped? - Current turn around for made to order will be on the header at the top of the page and ready to ship is shipped within 5 working days. If you buy something made to order and ready to ship at the same time they will be shipped together when the made to order item is completed.

What type of fabrics do you use? - All fabrics are either 100% cotton, polyviscose or polycotton (all non stretch)

How do I know what size I am? - Please read the size guides and all info below and i guarantee you'll know your size after! (Please do not message me with your shop size and ask what size you'd be, i cannot guess)

I can't see my size, what do i do? - I can make absolutely any size, please contact me or leave an order note with your measurements if you don't fit into the size guide! This will be at no extra cost.

I know my measurements but im not sure what size to choose - Email or DM me and I can help you! Alternatively, you can leave your bust measurement at checkout and i will make your item to the correct size.

My order arrived but it doesn't fit, what do I do? - You must contact me within days 14 of receiving your item to let me know that there's an issue. Wash items according to labels, i do not take responsibility for incorrect aftercare. All items are made to your measurements or are clearly stated what measurements your size will be made to on the size guide. Please make sure you've filled in the measurements and fabric choice correctly before purchasing. I can alter items if need be but this will incur a fee.

International buyer info - My shop is based in the UK, therefore, if you order from outde of the UK this may incur customs fees/extra tax fees. I do not cover this with my shipping costs because i am unable to. The postage you pay simply covers fully tracked post + packaging etc. If an item is returned to me after refusal of paying any extra fee, i cannot refund shipping/fees taken from me as ive already paid for it and payment providers do not refund fees. If you would like to see how much fees may cost, please google before ordering.

Where do you ship to? - If you aren't sure where i ship to, please add something to your basket and go to checkout, then select the country drop down menu and you will see the countries i currently ship to. If yours isn't there, just drop me an email or dm and i will add it.
