Length is measured from upper bust to hem and does not include the adjustable straps.

Please check the size guide in the listing images to find your size. I recommend taking your bust measurement, adding 1" to 2" and then seeing which size corresponds to that number. Example: my bust measures 47", i would order a size 18 because it measures 1" bigger than my bust.
