Worm *APPLIQUE ADD ON*

Can be added to the front bodice of any of the following styles: Puff Sleeve smock dress, cami smock dress, joy jumpsuit 

I can add this to the bottom hem of any dress too, just leave an extra note!

 Please let me know which colour of worm you'd like in the boxes, I have every colour! Please do not request prints. Bow tie will match the fabric chosen from made to order.
